Due to food safety standards, we’re unable to accept returns on food products.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

All products are sold for local pickup only. Responsibility for the product passes to the customer at the time of collection.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, or not as described.

Any issues must be reported at the time of pickup or within 24 hours, with your order number and clear photographs.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, failure to collect, incorrect storage after pickup, or natural variations in fresh meat.
